Refund Policy
​Golden Steward provides concierge-style property stewardship services reserved in advance and customized for each home. Due to the nature of these services, all fees are non-refundable.

Monthly stewardship fees secure availability, scheduling, and ongoing oversight for your property. Once services are scheduled or a billing period has begun, no refunds or credits are issued for unused services, early termination, travel changes, or changes in homeowner plans.
​
If services are paused or terminated, fees already paid apply to the current billing period and do not roll over or transfer.
​
In the event Golden Steward is unable to provide services due to circumstances within our control, appropriate adjustments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Engaging Golden Steward services constitutes acceptance of this refund policy.
